Introductions are always the worst. Some strategies I use are thinking about the subject rather than the words, it's easier said than done but sometimes it can be beneficial. Depending on how severe it is, talking in slow motion helps, you might feel stupid but no one will notice. Remembering for the most part, no one really cares (I'm not trying to be preachy just spitballing) and half the people are probably nervous about themselves doing it. None of these are necessarily a quick fix but they have helped me. And lastly, if your anything like me you get stuck on the first letter for most words, you can kind of say the first sound under your breath if that makes sense. i.e. I get stuck on "minutes" often, I sometimes pronounce it as "mINUTES" or even "INUTES" and kind of say the m lightly, to the point where you barely say the first letter. No one will notice it. Best of luck to you!
