To each his own but I don’t think a stutter can be “fixed” with these types of things. Our brains are different from those who don’t stutter. One doctor told me the parts of our brain that connect thoughts to speech aren’t connected in people who stutter. True or not, I don’t know. What I do know is the more I tried to “fix” my stutter the worse it got and when I decided to be happy with who I am, it got easier. I still stutter but not as bad, and I just don’t care as much. I do think there is a process everyone has to go through of trying things to see if anything does make a difference for you so not saying you shouldn’t try.
