What helps me is I try not to overthink it and just get ready and head out. I try not to give myself time to think. I also have a form of agoraphobia which I developed during lockdown so honestly everything’s been kicking my ass. But something I’m 100% not able to do is make appointments for myself. I block on the word appointment:(
