Good observation! Fellow musician here. Well, I rather call myself a producer/composer. My wife actually told me the same a while ago. She asked me if I had realized how fast I usually speak. I really had no idea I talked so fast. It was very interesting to try and talk really slow and to see how it (positively) influenced my speech.
