I’m 23 and I’ve stuttered my entire life. 14 is a really tough age but I can promise with hard work and practice it gets easier. I still stutter a lot but you will come to realize one day that most people don’t care if you stutter. When I was 15 I was very isolated and didn’t talk to many people besides my super close friends. Now that I’m 23 I can walk into a restaurant and order food or make phone calls or even go to the bar and have a drink and chat with strangers. I’m not saying everything is gonna magically get better one day but what I am saying is if your put in the work and practice talking to people itll get easier.
