Oh for sure, you can only get away with slowly sounding a word out once in a while, but it’s a tool I’ve used and tried to play it off like I forgot or am thinking while talking. My old speech therapist actually used to make me read poems at like 50% speed, 25% speed, and 10% speed to really break the phonemes down and practice the muscle memory of saying them slowly and then gradually increasing speed back to 100%. It was pretty effective actually, I had forgotten about that
