Meditation and enough sleep Man. Gotta reduce your anxiety and tension. I have a medium stutter I'd say but fluctuates a lot depending on my anxiety. Even if I don't think I'm particularly stressed about something if I notice a few days of worse then usual stuttering I make sure to meditate for ten minutes or so every day and I've found sleeping enough helps stress levels too.
