Definitely. When I get drunk, there sometimes is a switch and I suddenly don't have any blocks, but repeat every syllable. The 1st time that happened was when I had a conversation with a complete stranger. They weren't really bothered by it (or didn't seem to). But I decided to not talk to them again anyway.
