If somebody makes fun of you. Point it out. Say "Who are you laughing about?" If they keep quiet, look at their face point out a deformity and point it out "You have a stain on your face." Make sure to point out evrty mistake they have and if you ever partnered with them, tell your manager about the mistake they have. People like this make mistakes all the time. Make sure to record them.
