Well it all depends where you live. There are some speech therapy clinics that treat adults and kids alike and other clinics that treat for speech and so many other issues. I went to a clinic that was mainly for kids because there were no adult only speech clinics. It was kinda embarrassing but it helped. For me since I'm in the air force, i has to go to the med clinic to get a referral off base. You may be able to do the same with your doctor or just go straight to a clinic.
