I never stuttered when I read out loud in class even because I knew what to say. I don't stutter when reading alone too. For me the tilts are a lack of air, so search costal breathing and speaking from the costal diaphragm. Take a breath before every three words when reading then speak with yourself releasing the air as you're talking.
