Your stutter isn’t you, that’s the important thing to remember, it’s part of you, but there’s much more to you than how you speak. Always remember that and make sure that you believe it, because if you do then others around you will too. Everyone has insecurities, ours can be quite obvious of course, but what makes or breaks someone with an insecurity is how much they let it define who they are. Being at the very least okay with who you are, insecurities and all, will mean that there’s a high probability someone else will too.
