I hear you. Stuttering is so individualized, so it might work for some and not be a great option for others. I think risperdone might be a good option for someone who has a very severe stutter that impacts them being able to communicate whatsoever, less so for someone with a mild to moderate stutter. Another thought i had (purely theoretical) is that it might help the brain “work” out of the stuttering pattern by developing new neural connections. So perhaps it would be beneficial to take on a short term basis. Again, purely theoretical.
