I hate that I can’t thank people because of my stutter

I hate that I can’t thank people because of my stutter I hate how I can’t say “thank you” because of my stuttering blocks, it gets delayed for a long time until I eventually just give up. Like yesterday I got trapped under a barbell and couldn’t even thank the guy.😭
