Arab here, I stutter in all languages basically… what’s worst is that I use “شسمو" as a filling word for the awkward silence/stammers. I use it in all languages, so when I speak Arabic my stutter is not that apparent compared to other languages (English and French..). I’ve been trying ashwagandha lately to see if it can help
