I don't use any techniques for speaking. These "feared" words are an imagination in your head. It is that way because you have had trouble with them in the past, due to other reasons. Now you associate them with that pain. A way you can prove this to yourself is this: 1. Find these feared words 2. Take a breath, pause 3. Say them one by one 4. Repeat You can say them with no problem when you take a deep breath beforehand. Try it out by using a dictionary. I offer help on these topics, you can DM me freely!
