Is it caused by a dysfunction of dopamine, or is that a contributing factor? As I first said, this isn't something to be cured. It's not an ailment. Effective treatments exist. Those who desire fluency can improve their fluency. It's not easy. It is difficult to even find the right resources. But resources and paths to improved fluency exist today. And this isn't new. Effective treatment has been available for decades.
