Ed Sheeran learned to control his stammer by listening to Eminem. basically the technique is similar to singing or rapping. I never stutter when I sing because I sing/speak with specific words at a specific time (on the beat). if you write out a script and try speak to a beat it might help. will take practice though. good luck friend.
