Yeah the comment is classic ignorance is bliss. They just don't realize the impact it has on a person. This wouldn't annoy me as much as those people that feel the need to play speech pathologist. Telling me how to speak and giving me information that is either obvious or patronizing. That to me is a slap in the face.
