I almost hope they answer.. I may stumble at the beginning but then I'm usually good... I get caught trying to leave a voicemail, have a block, and the automated recording says "sorry, I didn't get that, please press 1 to re-record." Cannot tell me you how many times I've had hit 1 again and again..
