But when it is slow as a bartender, don't people expect him/her to talk kind of a lot? (Actually, as I write this, I am thinking of a bartender I know. He does not stutter, but he's introverted, kind of grumpy and just doesn't engage much. He's somehow likable nonetheless, so, I suppose it's possible.)
