Is there anyone here went to any of the support groups?

Is there anyone here went to any of the support groups? I recently went to see a Speech therapist and she suggested me a support group where I live. It’s a support group for adults. I am planning to go there next month but I’m just curious what happens there? If any of you guys went there so share your experience probably.
