Reducing stutter, speaking slowly but how to increase my discipline? I have a question. What should I do in my situation? __________ Situation: I never stutter when I speak very slow. I want to speak very slow and daily increase the pace little by little. The problem is that I'm too ashamed/impatient to speak very slowly. What should I do to increase my discipline of speaking very slowly? How can I make 'speaking slowly' a habit? How can I be motivated to speak more slowly?
