Stuttering badly influenced by smartphone

Stuttering badly influenced by smartphone Hey community, glad that I found you! Since the age of 3 I have a stutter, not extreme but definitely remarkable. Gladly, at my age of 19 this stutter got really mild and I am really sure, that severity of the stutter is heavily influenced by my smartphone/TV/compuer time. For example, if I watch TV and look at my smartphone for like 3 hours straight then my speaking worsens. There were days where I did not look at a screen at all and I could speak fluently... Might be a little weird but does anyone feel similiar?
