I'm a frontend developer working in outstaff. Have daily calls with a medium sized group of colleagues (around 8 people) but I adapted by preparing texts in advance of what I would say. My stutter is mid, some days I'm almost fluent, some days I'm better be silent and talk as little as I can, but it's pretty mid on average. The hardest part is working in an office with other people being outstaffed in different companies with calls in different time, so when I'm talking everyone is hearing what I'm saying and it's extra uncomfortable. The echo here is pretty big too because the building is old
