There’s really only one movie that shows a PWS as main character, with a complex storyline, and who works hard on to improve his ability to talk. It was nominated for 12 oscars, won 4, including Best Picture. But Netflix just can’t find away to include it among their 4,000 movies. And I’m with you on wanting a well-written character *who happens to stutter* - as opposed to it being their main trait. I remember when the first sit-com characters who were well-written, who just happened to be gay. It was in mid 90’s and was very refreshing.
