Speech therapy for psychogenic stutter?

Speech therapy for psychogenic stutter? Hi! Has anyone tried speech therapy for stutter which appears only while speaking with particular people? I tried one free session in the past and it was all about sound clarity n stuff, I was also told I have tachylalia, but I really doubt that improving these areas would help me, as I speak in absolutely the same fashion with "safe" people and nothing happens. I didn't stutter even once during the session, btw.
