Great post! **Summary**: *(of the post)* 1. we started out sensitive, a little more wired for disruption 2. negative experience: we tried speaking but it didn’t come out. Over enough times, it just settled into the nervous system and became a pattern 3. inner voice shrinks in response to danger of speaking 4. dissociation: we stopped feeling fully present which became the new norm 5. reinforcing vicious circle of self-judgement and trying to fix it > fighting inner conflict and stuttering 6. we started feeling the block coming - worsening it 7. intervention: stop trying to speak fluently/perfectly or “fix” myself. Start trying to reclaim my voice with presence > reconnect voice with breath, instinct with trust, to feel whole again
