It's great that you feel so positively about your job! Hope the best for you. Switching jobs is such a daunting thought for someone who stutters. Specially when most of the initial interviews happen over a phone. I am in this situation and its disheartening when you can see yourself as a great fit but you just can't get it though on the phone call. I am trying to relocate to Europe (from India), even though I know I have the skills they need, most phone interviews do not go as planned.
