Hello 👋 Speech therapy is like anything else in life. What you put into it, is what you will get out of it. This is what personally helps me with my stutter. It's all about the breathing. If i start to stutter over a word, like a block, i stop talking. (forcing a block out never works) i take a breath in and then on the exhale i try again. The exhale breath relaxes all of my throat muscles and makes talking easier. Also, if you're like me and i have a terrible time saying my birth name because of the “B” sound so i go by a different name. Pick your fights. Also be aware of this really dark experiment done on stutters in the past called the [Monster Study](https://youtu.be/h5yPwWybgD4?si=iimrz-VKBXy8mfiD) the more you know about stuttering, the better.
