I just looked up the song because I didn’t know it. I would not show this to anyone who stutters. “Did I stutter?” is a very ableist statement and I roll my eyes whenever someone says it, whether it be real life or in a show/movie. Cringe. I know you totally mean well, but the song is just not a good one. Besides from “Scatman” as others have suggested, it’s unfortunately very difficult to find a truly empowering and non-offensive song about stuttering and the experience that comes with it. I know you edited your post to say that it has been voted a no, but I also want to say I really appreciate you reaching out to PWS to get their perspective instead of just going ahead and doing it on assumption. We need more understanding and empathetic people like you. :)
