You couldn't be further from the truth. Childhood onset fluency disorder (stuttering) is uncontrollable and basically boils down to a dopamine imbalance in the brain. Confidence in itself can assist in reducing stuttering at times. But in no way can it cure stuttering in itself. David Goggins and Steve Harvey are full of shit if they think otherwise. Please listen to actual psychiatrists and researchers on this topic rather than media personalities.
