Honestly I love it when people finish words/sentences for me. People do NOT owe me their time and if I am delaying their time with my speech, I believe they have the right to proceed without me. Why would I want us to sit there in an uncomfortable, anxious situation when we could get past it using their fluent speech instead of my disabled speech?
