You’re quite the writer. I loved reading this. My parents always use to fight with my father and my siblings. They did worse things as well, so there was definitely trauma from that. People say stuttering is not brought on by anxiety, but I personally think anxiety has something to do with it. Stutterers have an increase of dopamine in the brain, up to 50-200% more! Parkinson’s also has a high level of dopamine, and you see what happens to a person’s body: uncontrollable tremors. In my opinion, there has to be a connection between why the vocal folds close and anxiety. Nonetheless, you seem to be very smart and mature for your age. You really understand stuttering and how certain situations spur it on, and others make you fluent as can be. Good luck on this annoying and tough journey!
