These are secondary characteristics. They come from your body subconsciously and consciously trying every possible way to not stutter. It’s a fight or flight response to a moment of panic. You can train yourself not to do it by forcing yourself to calmly accept the moments of stuttering. You’ll still stutter, but you won’t look like you have a physical ailment while doing so.
