I'm sure that's an issue and I totally agree with what you're saying. But do note that there are multiple instances in my post where I explicitly said that my experiences are my own and I cannot say whether it will work for anyone else. In fact you'll find this clarified in the very sentence you quoted. I don't think anyone will be particularly mislead, in the way you have mentioned, by this post given the remainder of it. And if they are then not using the word cure would likely not prevent it either.
