non-stuttering male here; i believe your dating pool is definitely smaller than average but i wouldnt give up, theres people out there with the appropriate personality traits to handle 10 sec stutters, 1 minute blocks or whatever may come, just as long as they like YOU. Its just not easy to find them, finding a partner is not easy at all. Your condition probably led you down a more introverted path which makes meeting people even harder, you can switch that up and socialize a bit more with some effort though. Maybe start looking for friendships in social activities and look for love within those? I have hope for you! good luck.
