Hey! Nice post! I know stuttering can never be simplified and there are so many unique cases in stuttering but I still like to learn from each of them. I have gone through different experiences of stuttering myself and I really appreciate how stuttering is so complicated. Having said that,I have felt what you so elaborately described. It really has to do with the fact that people adopt different ways to finish sentences when they know they are going to stutter on a word. When those of us who stutter know there is no other way to end the sentence, there is no escape from the natural stuttering process let alone the anxiety of knowing you can't substitute that word.
