Try to write down basic stuff you know they will probably ask you . I have found sometimes it is better to read something versus thinking off the top of my head. Maybe tell the person btw “Hi my name is Joe and I happen to stutter “ at the start? I feel like that will put you more at ease and then at ease. They now what is going on if you stutter versus thinking perhaps your drinking..? My personal fluency ideas would be to practice talking before the interview, that will help you transition talking to friends versus just starting without warming up. I also when I talk I tap my forefinger to my thumb when I talk, for each syllable . It helps me maintain a steady flow. In a business setting or on a date, I tap my foot to each syllable.
