That's a rather odd question. By definition, stutter is an ailment, and as such, being a positive wouldn't make sense in terms of semantics. But I suppose we could reframe the question slightly, instead focusing on context: I've had many lovely conversations with lovely people about what stutter is and what it is to me. These kinds of personal interactions aren't unique to stuttering, of course, but still... is that the sort of thing you're looking for?
