I don’t think this counts, but I go by a nickname that I have been called since childhood. I hate saying my legal name but I’m getting better at it. Somehow however I do sometimes stutter my nickname (which is very short). If I have to say my last name though chances of fluency are 50/50. I just spell it sometimes if I’m in a customer service situation. Can’t really use that trick in a social situation though. Most of our tricks though eventually stop working, the only thing I’ve found that works is not caring as much how you are judged, which came with age for me, and accepting your stutter in the situation and trying to “stutter softly “ through it
