Let’s goooooo!!! Great post I also would like to add that if you do something or have a specific thought that lifts your spirits, take note of whatever it is that helped boost your attitude, and then put it in a specific place, such as in your notes on your phone. Then as time goes on you are almost building up a “positivity program” that individually suites you. And you can recall those thoughts and activities by going to your notes.
