I might as well be fucking mute

I might as well be fucking mute I can’t believe I can’t even have a conversation without stuttering or using filler words. Oh my god, and on top of that my voice sounds so bad, probably because I don’t talk to anyone besides coworkers. How are you guys dealing with your stuttering ?
