I can relate to you so much. Reiterating what others have said here about ultimately accepting the stutter, though that is still a major project/challenge for me. I wanted to chime in by adding that one strategy that has worked for me is saying the phrase "my name is ____." Just having those first few words before saying my name helps me to get my name out. When I first started saying my name that way it felt awkward because most people don't necessarily give their name this way. But eventually I got used to it and kind of leaned into it and now it feels more natural. I also use the "first name ___, last name ___" phrasing when that feels appropriate, like for example sometimes when I'm giving my name over the phone or in a doctor's office or some place like that. Hope that might be helpful.
