Never goes away but it doesn’t really effect me at work when I stutter I just stop talking so I don’t continue saying the first syllable over and over. Then I just take a breath and try again or phase it definitely. The only issue is I can’t talk for a long period of time without stuttering so conversation or telling a story is just something I keep short
