It was a good movie. However, it reflects our insecurities. Insecurities that haven’t been addressed because of those who remember back when their time was easier. Times may be changing, for a lot it’s getting harder. Anger is present but is told that it shouldn’t be felt for fear of retaliation from those in power. We enjoy the Joker because he fought back against the established order even though he was meek and fragile. That’s why we like him. It was sad to see his life spiral out of control. Amazing to see him rise with burning cars and people rioting in his honor.
