If they reject you, then they weren't the company for you anyway. Then don't tell them. But if you don't tell them and you stutter, then they may not understand what you're doing - especially on a phone interview. Look...do what's right for you. I am just trying to help and let you know what I do and what works for me. I usually tell them once I've stuttered so they understand...but that's just me.
