If you rehearse it enough to the point where it's all just from memory as in no winging it or looking at note cards I never stuttered at all from it when I was younger and worked as a marshal at laserquest. I gave a rehearsed speech that I knew like the back of my hand as they say, word for word and when it was done it gave me nice confidence and left me in a fairly fluent state after for questions. But I remembered it like a song and dance, like a poem, no winging at all, just word for word from one paragraph to the next I was just reciting it from memory.
