I was the only one he layed off who passed a drug test. He gave me the choice to stay, but I'd have to work overnight shift, cleaning vent hoods. I Declined, because he forced me and others to do this for a week, also cutting our hours by half 1 week before the layoffs, and it was torture. I technically worked for 19 hours one of those days, and although it's obviously illegal, the guys who do it full time are perfectly happy with it.
