I found it easier explaining I'm a stutterer at the beginning and that it's the reason i may speak slowly or stutter. You probably won't stutter less, but you will be much more clam as the other side understands the situation. And yes, some people won't want a stutterer (or any other person with a disability) working for them, but there's nothing we can do about it.
